I am proud to introduce the newest member and official mascot of the FC family, Luella Porchetta Canon! The middle name still has not been made official, but it is part of an ongoing and very intense debate. Now that a new fashionista has entered our lives, I feel very strongly about my responsibility to make her not only well dressed, but the most adorable creature that has ever crapped in public.
So where do I start?
Super cute face…check. I can thank her biological parents for that one. Next, we are going to have to style our little gremlin and, fortunately for her, you no longer have to go very far for doggie couture. Our first stop is fashion Mecca, Barneys NY. In the new dog section of Chelsea Passage, doggie duds from Filson, Mungo & Maud, Saddler’s Union, and Balenciaga are available. If your pup is a future jetsetter like ours, Moncler down jackets are also on hand. Oh really? You mean to tell me that your dog doesn’t ski when the family is in Aspen?! I know how ridiculous all of this sounds, but when your baby French bulldog’s cuteness makes you want to laugh, cry, and punch yourself in the face, your ability to make a rational shopping decision takes a nosedive out the window. Why would people ever spoil a dog to this degree? Couture clothing, Gucci carriers, Louis Vuitton collars, doggie spas? I never understood why this market even exists!
